I like the idea that Deloitte meets the client in a large conference room. It's a bit more intimidating and creates subtle tension.
DELOITTE CONFERENCE ROOM
For the DELOITTE CONFERENCE ROOM I'd like to use the REDONDO 18 Room and bring a table in there from the CASTICO room (if the table can move) for the team to sit around. Then we'd shoot the room to make it seem much smaller than it is. It wouldn't feel like a huge room but more like the CASTICO room except we'd have the space to shoot.
The other option is that we leave the REDONDO 18 room set up the way it is and have the team sitting at the big table... like they just found a space to casually work in. I noticed that when I've met Kim at the SF office the team gathers in bigger rooms that are available and not necessarily conference rooms. Not sure if that's painting a realistic scenario so let me know what you think.
